community accommodations! We have many to choose from Naples to Bonita
Springs and everything in between starting from$2,000 per month And yes!
Some properties are even available on a monthly basis!

- High Season is January—March
- Mid Season is Nov, Dec, April & May
- Summer Season is June—October
- Properties are turn key furnished
- All properties are NON-SMOKING
- Some houses are pet friendly
- All short term rentals have a 9% tax
- All condos have a 30, 60 or 90 day minimum lease requirement.
- All rentals have an application fee of usually $100.00
- All rentals require a damage deposit and departure clean
- Utilities, phone & cable included on most rental offerings
- Golf transfers & restrictions apply.
- Weather is almost always perfect!

From Old Naples to Park Shore

| Old Naples features historic, charming, Key West Style or estate sized homes
and condos bordering the beach, world renown 5th Ave and 3rd St. shopping
districts or canal front with gulf access. Most properties are walking
distance to the beach. As you drift northward toward Park you will find
accommodations including fabulous beachfront condominiums, spacious pool homes on or
near the waterways with private beach parking access. High rise, low-rise or
